Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Knopfel said work on the formation of integrated syllabus was underway. He said this while addressing the chief guest at a seminar on the current and future of robotics held at Bangabandhu International Conference Center on Tuesday (October 5th).
The Deputy Minister of Education said that in order to meet the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a syllabus of syllabus will be formulated, including various issues including Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. At the school level, a comprehensive syllabus is under way to ensure that students have a basic idea about all the issues. Students will get to know various subjects including society, science, mathematics, ethics, robotics.
He said there was widespread positive discussion about robots, adding that students were learning about robotics and discussing it as information technology was being taken at school level in the country. She also said that if there is technological development, women’s empowerment and gender equality will be established.
